Saxophone
I taught myself the clarinet and eventually took lessons and then I was introduced to the saxophone at about 10 years old.
I joined the castleford young musicians and played clarinet and sax for them for 8 years.
I also joined a semi – pro band called “the steam packet swing company”. And played with them for 2 years.
I also was involved in various jazz groups some of which I ran myself.
I have now been teaching sax in-group form or individual lessons for over 10 years. And Have been playing for over 20 years.
I teach all styles, accurate music reading techniques and improvising techniques.
